All of my artwork is original, and created on an individual basis. Therefore reproductions may not be 100% exact replicas. However, I always try my best to recreate my originals to the best of my abilities. I offer and encourage custom orders as well so that the artwork you receive matches your child’s room décor. I take great pride in my work and hope you will be proud to display it.
Payment Policy
I require payment to be issued at the time of purchase. I accept personal checks, cashier checks and money orders. The artwork will be shipped within two weeks after the payment has been received.
Return policy
I aim to create unique and beautiful artwork and want your experience with me to be the very best! However, if a time should arise where you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will work with you to remedy the situation. In order for us to promptly discuss your concern, it is necessary for you to contact me within 7 days of receiving your artwork.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after we have discussed all options, then I will issue a purchase refund. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded. In addition, shipping insurance must be purchased on all returned items. Once the item is returned in its original condition, I will gladly offer a refund.
NOTE: Personalized and custom orders are not refundable.
Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped within two weeks after receiving
payment. However, I will do my best to
accommodate any special requests. I will e-mail you the package tracking number
and contact you once your item has been received to make sure you are pleased.
Shipping costs will be determined at the time of purchase. I insure all of my shipped items in case anything should happen in the shipping process.
